Presented by: Andy Benzo, CT

We have lived years of profound changes. The pandemic made us revisit our priorities and goals. One thing we all have learned is that we have to be better prepared. Coming from an Argentinian family, I know we talk little about death, wills, or trusts in our Latin culture. But we must. It is a simple process that gets our affairs in order and makes it easy for the surviving family members to navigate those hard times.

What is the difference between a will and a trust? What are the consequences of not having a will? Do I need a trust, or is it a will enough? Why do we need health directives? We will talk about these documents and learn more about them.
