The CTA 2022 Social Media Challenge is on!

The Colorado Interpreters & Translators Association is running a Social Media Challenge throughout the next 2 weeks (Monday, Jan. 17 through Sunday, Jan. 30).

You can participate by liking, retweeting/reposting, tagging colleagues, etc. throughout the course of the 2-week period. The top tweeters, posters, and “likers” will be ranked for gift card prizes at the end of the challenge!

A list of the subject for the first week’s posts appears below. If you don’t already follow CTA on the various platforms, check out the “FIND US ON SOCIAL MEDIA” section in the footer of this page!

Mon., Jan. 17: What’s your main professional goal for this year?

Tues., Jan. 18: When is International Translation Day?

Wed., Jan. 19: Tag a colleague you’re thankful for… and share why!

Thurs., Jan. 20: What language does the word “bungalow” come from? (No Googling… that’s cheating!)

Fri., Jan. 21: Tell us about the strangest request you’ve ever received from a client?

Sat., Jan . 22: What is the most linguistically diverse country on Earth?

Sun., Jan. 23: Do you use a CAT tool? Which one(s) and why (or why not)?

Check back here for the 2nd week’s topics. And don’t forget the top tweeters, posters, and “likers” will be ranked for the following prizes at The Tattered Cover, a Denver-area independent book store
1st place: $50 gift card
2nd & 3rd place: $25 gift card each
