The Board of the Colorado Interpreters & Translators Association has appointed a new secretary to replace Robert Sette, who recently resigned. As his replacement, the Board chose Rachel Sinn, a freelance Spanish/English medical and pharmaceutical translator from Denver. Here is a brief Q&A to help you get to know Rachel.

Mery was born and raised in the Netherlands and moved to the U.S. in 1993. Jim McMillan is running for the position of vice president in the election for the 2014-2016 CTA Board. Jim is an ATA-certified Spanish into English translator and interpreter specializing in legal, business and international development topics. He has been a full-time translator and interpreter since 2008 with his wife Luisa.
